Earlier Denaturation of DNA By Using Novel Ternary Hybrid Nanoparticles

Two novel ternary hybrid nanoparticles (THNp) consisting of graphene oxide (GO) and reduced oxides (rGO) were added to samples DNA. The effect the addition on thermal denaturation DNA was studied by measuring absorbance using a temperature-controlled Perkin Elmer UV spectrophotometer. Adding GO-TiO2-Ag rGO-TiO2-Ag lowered temperature template significantly. affect rate. optimal concentrations found be 5 × 10-2, which resulted in 86- 180-folds augmentation (6.5 µg/mL), respectively, while it 2- 7-folds (11.5 at as low 80 °C. results indicated that exhibited significantly higher enhancement than nanoparticles, owing their enhanced conductivity effect. Therefore, these could help get improved PCR yield, hence enable amplification performed for longer cycles lowering temperatures. ABSTRAK: Dua ternar baru nanopartikel hibrid mengandungi oksida grapen dan yang dikurangkan dimasukkan ke dalam sampel Kesan penambahan pada denaturasi termal telah dikaji dengan mengukur penyerapan menggunakan kawalan-suhu spektrofotometer.
